To reset your password in Spotlight, follow the steps below:

1. Go to: https://htspotlight.com/request-password-reset via Google Chrome (where Spotlight works best)

2. Enter your email login

3. Click 'Reset Password'

4. Check your inbox for our password reset email. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk/Quarantine folder(s).

5. Open the email to click the link or paste into your browser to reset your password (this link expires 1 hour after you've clicked on it)

6. Enter in your new password. Password must be at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, a special character, no parts of your username.

7. You're all set to log in!
